Hey peeps here to post :P Ps i recently vry lazy to post lor So im sry due to my laziness so nvr post Badminton resumed on wednesday Bt is 2.30pm-5.30pm So i went at 3.00pm only Cuz my lesson ended at 3.00pm lor Den when i went in saw ppl doin footwork Woo seems quite fun ((: Den oso got new coach He taller N looks like my cousin lor Hahas He is so much better den the previous coach lor He goin teach all of us basic agn So dat will have a strong foundation But theres nt much time left I only left abt 1 year to play badminton for the sch Cuz sec 4 march or april cnt plae ler *sob sob* So did abit of training on wednesday only Wich is kinda sad )): but theres still alot of training so must work damn hard Den yesterday was CCA open house Hmm okok i suppose Cuz got ppl join lar Better den notink lor Den all of dem will haf trial on monday Err for those who go register n got the pink form Hmm is 4.00pm-6.00pm i suppose we will b goin If theres no competition Cant wait siol Damn excited got ppl frm my pri sch come join Heehees n i saw my mum's friend daughter join oso So is my fren sis oso got join woots~~ I abit siao siao so dun mind me hahas Damn hyper lor Den 2dae got training oso Went early but b4 dat help germaine do a survey I vry good rite kidding only Stroke awhile den Jianhuang lead us to do warmup lols Den do footworks Wa damn fun lor cuz for the 2st traning of the year didnt manage to do Sad rite due to lessons )): Den plae awhile ending ler do physical exercise Wich is half squad F.Y.I. if u duno wads dat it is U lean against a wall den bend down ur legs must be ninety degree N hold it there for 1 min Wa leg cnt take it lor So i aim to do at least one time at home to get used to it N oso do forehand grip n backhand grip everyday Dats my target so i can get better n better Its my last yr though Doubt i will play anymore after graduating But must keep fit Anw will stop my post here goin do tinks ler So buhbyes ((: Cya !!
