Yesterday got training den is lots of fun lor hahas
Mr chua say from now onwards he will b coaching the girls den mr wee will coach the boys
so must work hard ler
Wa my leg muscle vry pain lor yesterday went running den long time nvr run pain...
Yesterday training vry late end but it was fun though i vry early go hall liaoz den 1.30 start lor so i plae quite long lor den vry vry tired after playing wit shi yun she vry pro de horhx den i i vry fast tired liaoz she have alot of energy to spare lor lols den me haix dunid sae vry weak no stamina liaoz so worried wether will pass naffa a not arhx...
