2 prepare myself cuz went for marathon !!
But i run 10km de :P
Wow it was damn awesome
I completed it in 2hours
Hmm now considering wether to join next year :P
Cuz my leg muscles damn pain
N its the first time dat its so painful lor

N after training i went play abit of bball :P

But i shld b happy dat i nvr tio muscle cramp
